Former educator faces 22 count indictment on crimes involving children

VICTORIA, Texas – A former educator and coach who worked at St. Joseph High School is now indicted on 22 counts of crimes involving children. A Victoria County grand jury indicted Alvin Mumphord III, 44, on ten counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact, five counts of online solicitation of a minor, and seven counts of improper relationship between educator and student.
