Candidate Rick Jones is running against incumbent Tami Keeling for District 5 in the VISD Board races. Jones is a now retired engineer, who has lived in Victoria for over 22 years, and he plans to focus on curriculum if elected. 

Tami Keeling serves District 5 for VISD. Keeling is running for reelection and believes that "education is the social and economic cornerstone of our community."
