Fair Skies Overnight, then Isolated Showers and Storms on Sunday

Generally Wet Work Week Upcoming

Skies are fair to partly cloudy this evening over the Crossroads as the weekend transitions from the region hot and rainless to near normal temperatures and a much wetter regime during the upcoming week. Upper level high pressure is making a brief appearance this Saturday and Sunday, but gives way to an approaching tropical disturbance that promises increased cloudiness, lower daytime temperatures, and very good rain chances. In fact, the best medium range atmospheric models indicate between two and three inches of rainfall over the work week here in the Crossroads. Highs will only manage the lower 90s, with lows in the lower to middle 70s.
