Elderly woman, 78, dead after shooting inside Goliad home

FROM GCSO: A 34-year-old Goliad man has been booked into the Goliad County Jail in connection with the shooting death of his 78-year-old grandmother.

James Derek Salyer, Jr. has been charged with the murder of Jeanette Sutherland Salyer.
