Eight new, confirmed cases of COVID-19 in DeWitt County

A total of 985 cases have been diagnosed in DeWitt County.

CUERO, Texas – DeWitt County health officials reported additional COVID-19 infections and recoveries Saturday.

There  are eight additional confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus. Fifteen additional individuals have recovered. Currently, thirty-eight cases are considered active.

A total of 985 cases have been diagnosed in DeWitt County.

County officials say the correct  number  of recoveries stands at eight hundred ninety-four. Duplicates were revealed in an audit conducted in September.
