East volleyball holds practice before their season
This is the first school workout since school ended for spring break
VICTORIA,Texas–The University Interscholastic League is requiring the Victoria volleyball teams to get conditioning in before starting their practice, due to the girls having a long time off because of the pandemic.
Victoria East High School volleyball started their first week of condition and practice on Monday after a long rest. Head coach Shaun Miller is excited to get back in the gym, but says he knows they have a lot of work to do.
“We got a lot of practicing to do a lot of work to do. But once we get to the season it will be time for us to evaluate continue to work, continue to get better and try to do the best we can all we get is district games so there’s not any time for messing around,” said Miller.
The Titans will jump right into district games at the start of their season on September 15th.
