Early voting begins today!
Are you heading out to the polls today?
Doors are opening this morning down at the Dr. Pattie Dodson Public Health Center because today marks the beginning of early voting for the March 3rd joint primary election.
Positions for election in Victoria County include Precinct 1 & 3 county commissioners, County Sheriff, and constables for our four precincts. Federal and state offices will also be up for election.
Early voting by mail is ongoing and those ballots will be accepted until this Friday, February 21st at 5pm.
In person early voting is taking place at the Dr. Pattie Dodson Public Health Center, located at 2805 N. Navarro St., in Classroom A.
Hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, 8am-2pm Saturday, and 7am-7pm on February 27th and 28th.
If you’re headed out to vote, don’t forget your photo ID! The early voting period ends on February 28th.
