Dry air will stick around for a bit, more rain coming mid-week next week
VICTORIA, Texas — Northwesterly flow around the area will keep the dry air coming for a bit. We shift to southerly wind on Sunday afternoon, which will bring more humid air in for the work week. Sunday will be beautiful though, with highs in the low 80s under sunny skies, and lows in the upper 50s.
Heading into the work week, Monday will be a bit warmer and clear, with highs in the mid 80s. Another cold front will make its way into the region mid-week bringing rain Tuesday through Thursday. Highs will drop from low 80s Tuesday to around 60 degrees on Thursday with the cold front passing through late Wednesday.
However, kids going Trick or Treating should not have an issue, as the rain chance is mainly during the day with isolated showers at night. Lows will be in the low 40s though, so definitely a bit chilly.
After that, the cooler weather sticks around through the weekend, with highs getting into the upper 60s by Saturday under sunny skies.
