Drive-by shooting leaves one person injured

Shooting occurred just southwest of Will Rogers Park

VICTORIA, Texas – On Sunday, September 26, 2021 at approximately 2:02 a.m., the Victoria Police Department responded to the 2300 block of Levi Street on a shooting report. One man had a gunshot wound and was taken to an area hospital. Police said the victim and a passenger were driving up to their house when a vehicle drove up and someone inside started shooting. The passenger in the victim’s care had minor injuries.

VICTORIA, Texas – Victoria Police Department is investigating a drive-by shooting. It happened last night in the 2300 block of North Levi just southwest of Will Rogers Park.

According to authorities, someone fired at a vehicle. One person inside the car was hit and had to go to the hospital. The person is expected to be okay.
