Driscoll sponsors free CPR course in Victoria
VICTORIA, Texas — Driscoll Children’s Hospital and its American Heart Association Authorized Training Center are sponsoring a free Family & Friends CPR Course in Victoria.
The event will be held Saturday, Oct. 5, 2-4:30 p.m., at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church Fellowship Hall, 3103 E. Mockingbird Lane.
Family & Friends CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a CPR certification to meet job requirements. Participants will learn adult hands-only CPR; adult/child CPR with breaths; adult/child AED use; infant CPR; and relief of airway blockage.
