Sample Circuit :

3-5 rounds total

30 seconds each exercise –

Rest 15 seconds and then transition to next exercise

Jog

Burpees

Jump squats

Pushups

Kettle Bell Swings

Mountain Climbers

Burpees

Curtsey Lunges or Alternating Lunges

Plank hold

Remember to modify exercises if you are not able to perform

** In between rounds – 20 walking lunges as an Active Recovery**
