Cuero Regional Hospital debut newly renovated ER

Cuero Regional Hospital debuted their newly renovated emergency room to Cuero residents during a Tuesday evening ribbon cutting ceremony. The $1.5 million project brings several needed renovations, including a new triage area, a larger waiting area, additional private patient registration areas, upgraded nurses’ work station, private exam suites with increased privacy and comfort, state-of-the-art technology in every room and six fully private patient rooms. CEO Lynn Falcone says while the ER is new, the service will remain as great as its always been.

“We want to care for anyone and everyone who needs care in our community. The fact that we’re brand new, it’s still the same wonderful staff that were there to take care of our patients in the past. We’re still there, we just have a nicer place. We won’t turn anyone away, of course. We’re open to everyone.”

The new Emergency Room will officially open at the end of the month, once all state inspections have been completed.
