Cuero police seeking to identify woman who left puppy tied to golf cart

Puppy safely rescued by local animal shelter

CUERO, TEXAS- Cuero Police are seeking information regarding a middle-aged woman caught on surveillance leaving her puppy tied to a golf cart at HEB in Cuero. The incident was captured on Sunday, September 6th around 7:25 p.m.

Video surveillance footage captured images of the vehicle, a dark blue Chevrolet Colorado with dark rims and paper tags.

Thankfully the puppy is reported to be safely rescued by a local animal shelter.
