CUERO, Texas – On Sunday, April 3, the Knights of Columbus council will host their annual shrimp meal for the public to enjoy. These plates will have fried shrimp, rice, coleslaw, and hush puppies. They are taking orders for to-go plates at the price of just $12. This fundraiser is happening at the St. Michael’s Catholic Church Hall, starting at 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m, to raise money for a scholarship program and other special programs at St. Michael’s.
