Cuero Health Clinics to provide telephone appointments
Patients can speak with a doctor remotely
CUERO, Texas – Cuero Health clinics have a new option to allow patients the ability to visit with a doctor remotely. It starts Tuesday, March 24, 2020.
“Your primary care provider can provide care over the telephone for many common health issues, including colds and allergies and medication refills,” said Lynn Falcon, CEO of Cuero Health. “This is a welcomed solution to help decrease the number of people in the clinics and allow our patients to stay home, yet still get the care they need.”
Once a phone visit is schedule, the provider will call the patient.
“Call your Cuero Health clinic primary care provider and they will be able to assess whether you need a telephone or an in-person visit,” said Greg Pritchett, Cuero Health Clinic Adminsitrator. “Not all requests will be able to be handled over the phone, such as a wellness visit or a child visit.
