Key features of the website include:

Transparency – Action plans, program allocations and all federally required reports are easily accessible from the homepage. Resources – Grant administration and regulatory requirements are highlighted for ease of use by individuals and local governments. Public Outreach Materials – Community engagement documents, newsletters and presentations.
“This website is an important first step in the long-term recovery process,” said Pete Phillips, Senior Deputy Director of Community Development and Revitalization. “As we move forward, Recovery.Texas.Gov will be a crucial resource for the latest information on methods of disbursement and federal funding allocations.”
The new website provides recovery program information and local guidance for the over $9 billion Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds administered by the GLO. The website will serve as a program toolkit and will be updated with current program information, training materials, state action plan updates, and federally and legislatively required reports.
