VICTORIA, Texas – This evening clouds will be moving out of the Crossroads. After midnight, areas of dense fog will begin to develop. Lows in the low 40s. Lots of sunshine expected on Thursday with highs warming into the mid 70s. We’ll continue to see low humidity.
