Bitter Cold, Cloudiness and Wind Chill Dominate the Crossroads this Afternoon
Freeze Expected All but Coast Wednesday a.m.
VICTORIA, Texas — November 12th feels like the depths of winter over the Crossroads. Following mixed precipitation this morning, the mercury lingers in the lower 40s with wind chills deep into the 30s. Freezing conditions are anticipated early Wednesday, so protect tender vegetation, pets, pipes and folks who cannot fend for themselves. Skies become partly cloudy Wednesday, allowing temperatures to climb into the lower 50s, but more cold rain envelopes the area Thursday. A gentle warming trend follows, with highs in the 60s Friday and Saturday, and then the 70s Sunday through Tuesday. Scattered showers and storms return Sunday. Lows remain in the 40s, finally climbing to the 50s and 60s Monday and Tuesday.
