Average gas prices increase in the Crossroads
The average gas price in Texas now at $3.90 a gallon
TEXAS – According to a Triple A report, the average gas price in Texas is now $3.90 a gallon.
In the Crossroads, Calhoun County has the lowest average gas price in the six-county region with $3.83 per gallon, four cents higher than Wednesday.
Jackson County has the highest average gas price in the region with $4 per gallon, two cents up from Tuesday. This is the first time Jackson County has hit $4 a gallon since April 1.
The following Crossroads counties have the biggest one day jump in average gas prices since Wednesday:
- Goliad County, up eight cents a gallon to $3.87 a gallon
- DeWitt County, up six cents a gallon to $3.88 a gallon
- Victoria County, up four cents a gallon to $3.85 a gallon
- Lavaca County, up three cents to $3.94 a gallon
