The event was free and open to the public.

One local artist, Victoria Martinez had her artwork on display at one local business as a local musician played in the background. Victoria says she feels supported by not only her parents but the local community who showed up to help support her dream.

“My mom loves it when I do it, I get to meet so much people, I just love it when I get to mix stuff, and you wonder how I did this art because this art was helpful because of my parents, they make stuff up to,” says Martinez who had a variety of artwork for sell, from magnets which depicted pop tarts to festive Haloween designs.

There were vendors all throughout downtown along with live music in many of the local downtown businesses, and the Viva Texas Film Festival was going on at the same time.
