Amber Alert and Clear Alert issued for daughter and mother from Corpus Christi
The suspect is currently on warrant for murder
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – An Amber Alert and Clear Alert have been issued for one-year-child Zaylee Zamora and 18-year-old Jezabel Zamora out of Corpus Christi, according to the Corpus Christi Police Department.
They were both last seen on the 6800 block of Windy Creek Dr. around 2:10 p.m. on Tuesday, June 8, 2021.
Zaylee Zamora is described with brown eyes, black hair, weighs about 25 lbs. and is 2’2″. Her right ear is pierced and her right index finger is bruised.
According to the Corpus Christi Police Department, the suspect has been identified as 24-year-old Kristian Garcia. Garcia has brown eyes, black hair, weighs about 160 lbs. and is 5’7″. Garcia was last seen wearing a white hoodie and a black mask.
Garcia reportedly entered the residence of his ex-girlfriend Zamora without consent. Police said Garcia forced Zamora and her child to leave with him against their will.
Garcia currently has two active warrants, one for murder and the other for aggravated robbery.
They were last seen leaving in a 2007 White Cadillac Escalade with Texas plates 4SJKC.
Police believe the child and the mother to be in grave or immediate danger.
