Administrator in the Victoria I.S.D. named TEPSA Region 3 Assistant Principal of the year

Assistant Principal Yasmina St. Jean recognized for outstanding work

VICTORIA, Texas- The Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA) has named Vickers Elementary Assistant Principal Yasmina St. Jean Region 3 Assistant Principal of the Year.

TEPSA awards this designation each year to one administrator in each of Texas’ 20 education regions. The peer-based award recognizes assistant principals for their commitment to student learning as evidenced by exceptional school leadership. Each regional representative is a candidate for the 2021 National Assistant Principal of the Year for Texas.

TEPSA, whose hallmark is educational leaders learning with and from each other, has served Texas PK-8 school leaders since 1917. Member owned and member governed, TEPSA has more than 5,900 members who direct the activities of more than 3 million PreK-8 school children.
