Academy of lifelong learning to host Fall open house August 17

Victoria College’s Academy of Lifelong Learning will hold its Fall Open House from 1 to 3 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 17 at VC’s Emerging Technology Complex, which is located at 7403 Lone Tree Rd.

The Academy of Lifelong Learning is a member-driven organization for active adults, offering classes and social activities for continued intellectual and personal growth.

Guests can view the Fall 2017 schedule and become members of the Academy of Lifelong Learning at the event. An annual fee of $50 entitles members to attend all courses and activities.

“The Academy of Lifelong Learning offers great opportunities for individuals in every phase of life to cultivate a love of learning,” said Ashley Lindsey, VC’s lifelong learning specialist. “Our fall schedule includes over 30 courses and activities, so there’s something for everyone.”
