VICTORIA,Texas– Victoria Generals outfielder, Steven Rivas, out of the University of Houston, has signed a free agent deal with the Los Angeles Angels.

Rivas was with the Generals for most of the first half of this season.

Rivas averaged .426 with 68 plate appearances in 18 games, collecting nine home-runs with 19 RBI’s on the season.
