A Cool and Cloudy Weekend and a Stormy Monday; How about the Rest of the Week?
A cloudy and cool weekend is well underway across the Golden Crescent as a dome of polar air is overrun by tropical moisture. A few showers have dotted the Crossroads on your Saturday, and you can expect more of the same tonight and Sunday through Sunday night. However, a powerful upper level storm diving through the Rockies will push another surge of cold Canadian air into the region early Monday. A north wind gusting to 30 mph will accompany tumbling temperatures and widespread rain…even a few thunderstorms. The quick moving system will push the moisture out by Monday night, leaving the rest of the week generally fair but quite cool.
