VICTORIA, Texas—The Victoria County Public Health Department said there are 17 new COVID-19 cases recorded on Monday.

The state reports 346 people in Victoria County have died from this disease. That’s one more than reported on Friday.
The health department tells us that since June 24, 86.66% of the new COVID-19 cases in the county are among the unvaccinated.
The Victoria six-county region now has a COVID-19 hospitalization rate of 5.11%. There are 28 COVID-19 patients in hospitals in the region, with 10 in adult ICU beds. There are 20 adult ICU beds available in the region.
