VICTORIA, Texas—The Victoria County Public Health Department said there are 15 new COVID-19 cases recorded on Thursday.

The state reports 313 people in Victoria County have died from this disease. That’s one more than reported on Wednesday.
The health department tells us that since June 24, 87.11% of the new COVID-19 cases in the county are among the unvaccinated.
The Victoria six-county region now has a COVID-19 hospitalization rate of 20.24%. There are 119 COVID-19 patients in hospitals in the region, with 43 in adult ICU beds. There are 11 adult ICU beds available in the region.
