Two arraigned in connection to murders on Jecker Street

UPDATE (9/25/18): Kimberly Hoff and Jesus Martinez Jr. have been arraigned on several charges in connection to the murder on Jecker Street Friday evening. 

Hoff is facing two counts of murder and one count of Tamper/Fabricate Physical Evidence with intent to impair. Martinez faces two charges of murder intent causing SBI or Death and one charge for Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence. 


According to the Victoria Police Department the two bodies that were found in Friday night's swat raid on Jecker Street have been identified as 31-year-old Michelle Johnson and 34-year-old Dward Kitchens.

Two suspects have been arrested in connection to the murders, 28-year old Kimberly Hoff and 29-year old Jesus Martinez, both from Victoria.

Kimberly Hoff was arrested on two counts of murder, tampering with physical evidence, failure to identify a fugitive from justice, warrant for violation of probation, warrant for failure to appear, and warrant for bond forfeiture. 

Jesus Martinez was also arrested on two counts of murder and tampering physical evidence.

Both Hoff and Martinez are currently in custody at the Victoria County Sheriff's Office. 


Victoria Police Department responded to calls of shots fired at the 2100 block of Jecker St late Friday night.

VPD's attempts to contact the individuals inside of the home were unsuccessful and, at 9:15 this evening, a VPD SWAT team entered the home.

Upon arrival, two bodies were found inside. At this point, we don't know their genders, ages or relationship to each other. No further details have been provided at this time.
