Weather, getting in the way of UHV softball. Due to threatening weather conditions on Friday, the Red River Conference series between the Jaguars and Jarvis Christian in Hawkins, pushed back a day. Said right fielder Derek Maciejeski, "Our pitching did outstanding  Being able to pull off a no-hitter is something that you live for. It was huge for us, it was great." Said pitcher Collin Quinn, "Usually we know we'll get a lot of good ab's from our hitters and we'll put up some runs. All we can do is keep pitching like we are and wins are gonna come." UHV baseball's final home regular season conference series starts Friday afternoon at two at Riverside. The Jaguars take on A&M-Texarkana in a single, nine-inning game. The two teams also face each other in a doubleheader at Riverside starting at noon Saturday.
