Disaster Recovery Centers in Victoria county Transition to SBA Disaster Loan Outreach Centers

To continue meeting the needs of Texas businesses and residents affected by Hurricane Harvey, three State of Texas/Federal Disaster Recovery Centers, in the city of Victoria TX, will transition to U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Disaster Loan Outreach Centers (DLOCs) starting 8 a.m. Friday, Dec. 13.

Opens: Wednesday, December 13 @ 8:00 am


Mondays - Fridays

8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Directions to our Disaster  Loan Outreach Center (DLOC)

UHV SBDC is at 1908 N. Laurent St. 4th floor, Victoria. Come in on the North side of the building (tower portion) Take the elevator to the 4th floor and our office is to the left of the elevator.

SBA representatives at these DLOCs, as well as all of the federal/state Disaster Recovery Centers, SBA Business Recovery Centers and SBA Disaster Loan Outreach Centers located throughout the disaster area will continue to meet with business owners, homeowners and renters to help them with the disaster loan application process and close their approved loans.  For additional information or to find a location near you call SBA at (800) 659-2955, visit www.sba.gov/disaster, or email disastercustomerservice@sba.gov.
