SYNOPSIS: ABOVE NORMAL TEMPS CONTINUE, WITH HIGHS MID 80'S TODAY AND SATURDAY. STRONG FRONT ARRIVES SATURDAY AFTERNOON, BRINGING IN MUCH COOLER AIR SATURDAY NIGHT. HIGHS GO FROM MID 80'S SATURDAY AFTERNOON TO LOWS IN THE 40'S SATURDAY NIGHT. HIGHS ONLY IN THE 60'S SUNDAY AND MONDAY, THEN WARMING INTO THE MID 70'S TUESDAY, AHEAD OF THE NEXT FRONT, ARRIVING LATE TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY. THIS FRONT NOT AS STRONG AS THE LAST, WILL ONLY COOL TEMPS DOWN TO NEAR 50 FOR LOWS WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY, WITH HIGHS NEAR 70. MAYBE A FEW RAIN SHOWERS ON TUESDAY AS FRONT PASSES. THANKSGIVING DAY LOOKS TO BE SUNNY, WITH HIGHS NEAR 70, AND LOWS LOWER 50'S. TROPICS QUIET. FRIDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL LOOKS TO BE GOOD WEATHER WISE, WITH TEMPS IN THE MID 70'S.

      Victoria Police Department officers went to Pop-A-Top Bar, 1901 Kern Dr., in response to gunfire on Sunday, April 22, at 1:55 AM. Several witnesses say a fight erupted near the pool tables at the location prior to someone pulling a handgun and begin firing.

      GIDDINGS, Texas (AP) - Two teen inmates have been caught a day after escaping from a juvenile prison in Giddings, Texas, about 100 miles northwest of Houston.      The Texas Juvenile Justice Department said in a release that 16-year-olds Brice Ryan Karalis and Bryan Ernando Villanueva were arrested Sunday evening in Montgomery County.
