Home Builders Across the Country Optimistic

Home builders are more optimistic than they've been in months, looking beyond a recent slowdown in new home sales as well as the possibility of rising labor and materials costs following recent hurricanes.  That National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Builder Sentiment index rose four points this month to 68 - the highest reading since may.  Any reading above 50 is a sign builders see sales conditions as good, rather than poor.
