FEMA has provided an update on their work in Victoria County and the surrounding counties in the Crossroads.
FEMA representatives, since October 10th, have applied or registered over 29,000 people in need of financial assistance including:
Over 6,000 applicants in Calhoun County
Over 1,000 applicants in DeWitt County
Over 1,000 applicants in Goliad County
Over 2,700 applicants in Refugio County
Over 19,000 applicants in Victoria County
FEMA has also approved over one billion dollars in aid to residents since Hurricane Harvey made landfall. Anyone who is in need of FEMA assistance can go to the Pattie Dodson Clinic located at 2805 N Navarro Street to meet with a FEMA representative.
