West softball upped its district record to 3-1 by winning big Tuesday night at Calallen, 18-5. Karly Rae Hoerig tossed a four-hitter with 12 strikeouts, and she went 2-for-4 with three runs scored and an RBI for West. Allena Cannady had two hits and three RBI's for the Warriors, while Arianna Rodriguez went 2-for-2 with two runs scored and an RBI.
