West baseball won its district opener at Riverside Stadium Tuesday night. The Warriors downed Beeville, 4-1. Freshman Jonathan Jimenez pitched a five-hitter with eight strikeouts for the Warriors, and they got RBI's from Garrett Harrison, Jack Riggs and Shane Kallman.
