West Baseball Wins At VISD Tourney

West baseball won big in its second game at the VISD tournament Friday. The Warriors beat Miller, 14-4 in five innings. Shane Kallman got the win, going the distance. West scored nine runs in the second inning. Jaden Lewis went 3-for-3 for West, while Andrew Fuentes had three RBI's. The Warriors next play at 4:30 Friday afternoon at Riverside vs. St. Joseph, a 5-4 winner earlier over Rockport. The Flyers won with a walk-off walk in the seventh.
