Victoria College men's and women's basketball swept South West Texas Junior College in home conference play Wednesday night. The VC women won, 82-40, to up their conference leading record to 9-2.  Elissa Beaudoin led the Pirates with 22 points, 18 for Adelaide Wenzel, and Jill Runnels scored 14. The VC men improved their conference-best record to 10-1 with a 107-53 win. Dustin Tedder led the Pirates with 20 points, 15 points for Josh Sanchez, 14 for Blaine Hines and 13 for Zack Hoffmaster.
