Cleveland, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - The Philadelphia 76ers have traded center Spencer Hawes to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Sixers received forward Earl Clark and center Henry Sims, along with a pair of 2014 second-round draft picks in the deal.

Hawes, in his seventh NBA season, is averaging a career-high 13.0 points and 8.5 rebounds in 53 games this season.

"We felt adding a player of Spencer's caliber and experience will compliment our frontcourt rotation well and we are very excited to have him in Cleveland," said interim general manager David Griffin. "We look for his ability to both shoot from the perimeter and defend the basket to help us, and at 25 years of age his game is still growing on both ends of the floor.

For his career, Hawes, who played his first three seasons with the Sacramento Kings before moving to Philadelphia, has averages of 9.4 points and 6.3 rebounds per game. He is third all-time in 3-point field goals (194) among players listed 7-feet or taller, trailing just Dirk Nowitzki and Andrea Bargnani.
