St. Joseph softball went 3-0 at the San Marcos tournament Friday. The Lady Flyers first beat St. Agnes, 2-0. Amanda Sohrt tossed a four-inning three-hitter, while Paige Terrell scored two runs and stole three bases. The Lady Flyers then beat King, 6-5, in a tiebreaker, as Hanna Novosad scored the game-winner on a wild pitch. Terrell was had a hit, scored two runs, stole three bases. Then the Lady Flyers beat Houston Kinkaid, 8-1. Amanda Sohrt was the winning pitcher. Terrell led off the game with an inside the park homer, finished 3-for-3 with four RBI's. Mariah Clay drove in two more. The Lady Flyers next play at San Marcos Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
