St. Joseph girls basketball won its bi-district playoff at home Tuesday night. The Lady Flyers beat Houston Northland Christian, 45-40, to improve its record to 22-13. Kalyn Hempel led St. Joe with a double double: 13 points, 12 rebounds; six points apiece for Kensey Marshall, Madison Foeh and Abigail Kovar. The Lady Flyers now advance to the Area playoffs Friday night at 6:30 at Houston Westbury Christian.
