Denver, CO (SportsNetwork.com) - The Colorado Rockies will be without Michael Cuddyer for likely at least the next two weeks, with the club placing the All- Star outfielder on the 15-day disabled list prior to Monday's game against San Francisco.

The move is retroactive to April 18, one day after Cuddyer was forced to exit a 3-1 Rockies' win at San Diego in the seventh inning due to the injury. He sat out the team's entire three-game series against Philadelphia this past weekend.

Cuddyer, the 2013 National League batting champion, is hitting .317 with three home runs and 10 RBI through 16 games this season.

Infielder Charlie Culberson was recalled from Triple-A Colorado Springs in a corresponding move.

Culberson made the Rockies' Opening Day roster out of spring training but was optioned to the minors on April 13 following a 2-for-18 start at the plate. The 25-year-old owns a .245 average with two home runs and 15 RBI over 62 career major league games.
