REFUIGO – Ray "Travis" Quintanilla, quarterback for the Refugio High School Bobcats, was arrested Tuesday and charged with driving while intoxicated.

The arrest was made by the Refugio Police Department.

He posted a $3,000 bond to be released Tuesday.

2011.

In early February, Quintanilla, 19,  signed to play football with Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
