Miami, FL (Sports Network) - The Miami Heat have traded center Dexter Pittman, a 2013 second-round draft pick and cash considerations to the Memphis Grizzlies for the rights to center Ricky Sanchez, who is currently playing in Argentina.

Pittman, who has spent most of this season in the D-League, played in just four games with the Heat in 2012-13. He averaged 2.8 points and 2.0 rebounds in 41 career games, including six starts, with Miami.

Sanchez was drafted by the Portland Trail Blazers in 2005 and has yet to play a game in the NBA.
