East softball had to go to extra innings to win its district opener at the Victoria Youth Sports Complex Tuesday night. The Titans downed Tuloso-Midway, 1-0, on Sabrina Suarez' RBI single in the eighth. Alisha Quinterro tossed a one-hitter for East.
