Bloomington volleyball won three games at the Goliad tournament Thursday. The Lady Cats first beat Pettus, 21-25, 25-23, 25-19. For Bloomington, Brittany Wallace had eight kills; Ariana Ortiz with 22 assists, nine digs; Katie Williams had eight digs, 15 kills, three aces; Rebekah Hardee had five digs, three kills; Kenia Aguirre had eight digs; Kayley Williams had 12 digs and three aces. Bloomington then beat Woodsboro 18-25, 25-13, 25-5. For the Lady Cats, Wallace had nine kills and three aces; Ortiz with 19 assists and four digs; Katie Williams with five digs, nine kills, three aces; Hardee had two blocks, eight digs, three kills; Aguirre had three digs and two aces; Kayley Williams had three aces. Bloomington then beat Runge 25-10, 25-10. For the Lady Cats, Wallace had two assists, six digs, nine kills and three aces; Ariana Ortiz had 14 assists and two kills; Katie Williams had four digs, nine kills and three aces; Hardee had two blocks, four kills, four aces. Bloomington, now 13-2 overall, won its pool and will next play Saturday.
