It was another day of struggling for the University of Houston-Victoria men's golf team at the 2013 NAIA Contender played at the TPC Four Seasons Resort.
The Jaguars posted a final round 338 to finish 14th in the tournament, while Texas Wesleyan easily claim the title posting a final round 312 for an 886. Oklahoma Baptist finished a distant second, 24 shots back, at 910.
Steven Jones paced the Jaguars with a final round 81 to shot a 54-hole total of 239 and was followed by Vance Edwards who carded a final round 86 for a 244. Colton Martin finished with an 87 and a three-round 246, while William Dawson-Hicks posted an 86 for a 252 and William 'Jake' Truss had an 85 for a 254.
