East softball started its third season with a win over St. Joseph in its season opener. The Titans downed the Lady Flyers, 7-2, at the St. Joe Field Of Dreams. Alisha Quinterro was the winning pitcher, Sarah Sainz got the loss. East got three hits apiece from Briana Arguello and Monica Salazar, two hits apiece from Jodie Garcia and Quinterro.
