East baseball won its VISD Tournament opener Thursday afternoon. The Titans exploded for six runs in the third to beat Rosenberg Terry, 9-1. Cole Urban had two hits and two RBI's, Cameron Williams had two hits and an RBI for East. Kyle Craft tossed a three-hitter with nine strikeouts. East next plays at the tourney at Riverside Stadium Friday at 1:30 p.m. vs. Pasadena Dobie.
