East dominates the 30-4A All-District girls basketball team released Tuesday. The Titans' Ramaya Dean is the district's most valuable player, while head coach Yulonda Wimbish-North was named coach of the year after the Titans won the district championship. Four Titans made first team All-District, including Sonya Acuna, Kamri Hardeman, Bre Williams and Kendall Carter. Cassie Pustejosvsky from East made second team All-District, as did Mercedes Ellison and Allyson Dlouhy from West and Mckenna Villegas and Jordan Edison from Calhoun. Jada Whitby from East received Honorable Mention, along with the Warriors' Lauren Turner and the Sandies' Bryanna Delgado, Brenda Cardona and Tori Trejo.
