Warrant Amnesty in Edna
The city of Edna is taking a nicer approach to dealing with the Warrant Roundup, by offering a grace period.
From now until March 5th, anyone with an outstanding warrant for tickets, can contact the court to take care of the ticket, and can have the failure to appear fines waived. You can stop at the courts located on 128 West Main in Edna and pay off the original fines without penalty. Officials said taking care of it now could save you up to 200 dollars.
